We are pleased to announce the COI Group 2012/13 Awards for Business Effectiveness Innovation. The awards are to encourage innovative leadership practices that deliver maximum organisational and/or workforce and/or investor benefit.

Since 1998 COI has worked with many of the world’s leading organisations to help maximise their effectiveness. We believe that nothing else matters and that the very best leaders are focused on effectiveness, every day. But building and maintaining the highest levels of effectiveness is not easy, and as we all know, new issues and problems confront leaders daily. COI wishes to encourage the very best leadership in this area.

If you are a leader (at any level) or an HR practitioner with an interesting approach that you have used to helping maximise effectiveness – for example a workplace practice, a leadership approach or a problem solution, we would like to hear from you.
