Roche Pharmaceuticals - used COI's employee survey and associated modular operational improvement software for the first time last month and now has a 12 month program in place for this year and a clear implementation pathway to build a continuous imrpovement culture.


Congratulations! We are not sure whether congratulating ourselves is actually good form, however we are delighted that our data base, built as a result of our extensive survey work over the past decade, now exceeds 3.5 million question and answers.
