There are approximately 200 select consultants representing more than 50 firms globally who are members of an informal network of consultants interested in the area of 'effectiveness' at an organisational, team and individual level.

Drawing from our decade long history specialising in effectiveness and our data base of more than 2.5 million employee issue responses captured through our effectiveness diagnostics, we seek to stimulate ongoing thinking and interest in this area within the consulting, coaching and training community

We distribute periodic newsletters, research papers and relevant articles to the network and help facilitate consultant introductions where assistance may be required to support various client assignments. Every quarter we organise a series of group ' conversations' - face to face, webinar, podcasts etc, to build the community and its thinking in this area.
