TRADITIONAL LEADERSHIP PROGRAMS CAN OFTEN FAIL TO DELIVER EXPECTED BENEFITS.


The reasons are several:

  • Changes in skills and behaviours take time; often the program is not long enough to support the change required.
  • The executive leadership program is too theoretical. It lacks relevance to each leader's day to day challenges and tasks.
  • Leaders quickly return to old (bad) habits once they return to their work environment.

Clearly a new approach was required. In response we developed Leadership Effectiveness Profiling (LEP) - a truly unique software application that has helped thousands of teams be better led through transformational leadership.

LEP does not replace existing leadership tools, rather it adds several important features to executive leadership programs - features which are often overlooked but which are essential for leadership development success.
